I am a Data-Driven Human Resources Business Partner with experience supporting large-scale operations and fast-paced business environments across the U.S. and Asia.

At JD Logistics, I partner with business leaders to drive workforce strategy, organizational design, and performance improvement across multi-site teams of over 400 employees. My work focuses on leveraging workforce data, including attendance, productivity, and turnover, to identify root causes and develop solutions that directly impact business outcomes.


In addition to my HRBP experience, I have worked in cross-functional environments supporting digital campaign production, which gave me a strong understanding of how creative teams operate including rapid iteration, ambiguity, and the need for both autonomy and structure.


I am particularly interested in HRBP roles where I can support diverse teams, including operations, product, and creative functions, by translating business challenges into data-informed people strategies and scalable organizational solutions.
